What is Deshefi’s return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. Deshefi does not charge any restocking fees.
Are any items final sale?
No. We do not sell final-sale items. Every product is eligible for return within the return window.
Who pays for return shipping?

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, Deshefi will cover the return shipping cost
To qualify for a Deshefi-covered return, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for verification.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Are original shipping charges refundable?
No. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where Deshefi made an error.
Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue. Once verified, Deshefi will cover the return shipping cost and assist with a refund or replacement.
Where do returns get sent?
Return addresses are provided after return approval to ensure proper handling.
